At Hellovedic, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. Our logistics partners are trusted courier services that help ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.
1. Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders (India)

All prepaid orders are processed within 2 business days.

COD orders are processed within 3 business days, as we verify them manually to ensure secure transactions.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries to remote or low-coverage areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
Delivery Timings:
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Hellovedic is not responsible for items signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient or for damage after delivery.

2. Shipping Charges
For India Orders
We ship across India with rates varying by cart value:
Prepaid Orders:

Below ₹500 — ₹50 shipping charge

₹501–₹998 — ₹70 shipping charge

₹999 & above — Free Shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

COD orders below ₹10,000 — ₹86 shipping charge

COD orders above ₹10,000 — not accepted
For International Orders
We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners.

International shipping rates depend on the destination and package weight.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout after entering your shipping address.

International orders may be subject to custom duties or local taxes in the destination country, which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hellovedic, we ensure that every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Return Eligibility
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:

The product is received in a damaged, leaking, or defective condition.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of unboxing sent to support@hellovedics.com.

Damages caused by improper use, neglect, or incorrect storage are not covered under this policy.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Hellovedic team.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it ships or within 24 hours of placing it, whichever is earlier.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

No refunds will be issued once the order has been shipped or delivered.
